Shipping policy

Standard Delivery is included and delivery can take up to 14 working/business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Please check the product page for delivery times outside of the standard delivery timeframe.
Please note, adding an express item with non-express items in a single order will not expedite the non-express items, these will be delivered separately.

Please only email us after this time if items have not arrived.
Made to order may take longer to be delivered and will be labelled with an estimated delivery time on the product page.

This website is for UK customer purchases only.

All items require a signature and are delivered any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed the next working day. All items should be checked when received and issues reported within 7 days.
